Jacob Gervais, PA-C

Jacob Gervais, PA-C is a certified physician assistant with a strong background in evidence-based medicine. He provides compassionate ENT and sinus care at Trinity ENT in Gilbert, Arizona.

Jacob earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Northwestern–St. Paul, where he competed in athletics and completed the school’s Leadership Development Program.

During his academic career, Jacob supervised a Mayo Clinic–affiliated research group investigating the etiology and pathology of hypoplastic left heart syndrome. His clinical experience spans multiple healthcare settings, including residential care, hospitals, and outpatient clinics.

Before joining Trinity ENT, Jacob practiced in neurosurgery, where he cared for patients with complex and challenging conditions—experience that sharpened his skills in comprehensive patient evaluation and multidisciplinary care.

Jacob believes that the best outcomes come from combining evidence-based medicine with personalized attention. He takes time to listen to each patient’s story, explain treatment options clearly, and involve them in decisions about their care. Whenever possible, he emphasizes minimally invasive care designed for faster recovery, lasting relief, and improved quality of life. His goal is to build trust and guide patients through a collaborative, patient-first approach.
