Professional Background

Dr. Vats completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania and earned her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She then completed a residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Temple University, followed by a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. She began her career in Tucson before relocating to Gilbert in 2009.

Dr. Vats is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). She is also an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and serves on the community board for Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.

Dr. Vats believes that listening to her patients is the first step to effective care.
